- Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days depending on your location.
- Delivery to remote or rural areas may take slightly longer.
- Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, courier issues, or high demand.

- We may offer free shipping on selected products or promotions.
- Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

6. Delivery Guidelines
- Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are correct.
- Someone must be available at the delivery address to receive the package.
- For security reasons, high-value items like mobile phones may require OTP or signature verification at the time of delivery.
7. Failed Delivery Attempts
- Our delivery partners may attempt delivery 2–3 times.
- If unsuccessful, the product may be returned to us, and re-shipping charges may apply.
8. Damaged or Tampered Packages
- Please check the package at the time of delivery.
- If the package appears damaged or tampered with, do not accept it and report it immediately to us.
9. Serviceable Locations
We currently ship across most locations in India. If your area is not serviceable, we will inform you during checkout or after order placement.
